Baptism Booking form 

Statement for Baptism bookings. 

All of our Baptisms here at christ church take place on the 4^th Sunday of each month at 12:45. We have four spaces available for each service, one space is for up to two children from the same family. Each child should have at least three godparents including one of a different gender to the child being baptised. All Godparents must be baptised in order to qualify as Godparents. 

We ask each family to attend a preparation session on the first Monday of the month that the baptism is due to take place. This occurs at 7pm in church and at least one parent and Godparent must be present.
